Ingredients

7 cups Milk* ¾ cup Mint Syrup or Crème de Menthe ½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder** ¼ cup + 1 tbsp. Sugar** Whipped cream (optional) * Whole milk provides the richest froth, but can be substituted with an equal amount of 2%, 1%, skim, or soy milk, if preferred. ** Or substitute with 1¼ cup of chocolate syrup.

Cooking Process
