Sticky Rice

Makes 3 cups.
Ingredients
2 cups cold water
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup short-grain rice
Directions
Bring water to boil in wok at 225°F.
Add salt and rice; stir; reduce heat to 200 cover; cook 15 minutes or until water has evaporated.
