Makes 10 servings.

Ingredients

1 pound frankfurters

Directions

Place 6 frankfurters crosswise in bottom of pot. Lay remaining frankfurters on top lengthwise or in opposite direction. Do not add water.

Cover and place pot on base. Steam at Setting #3½ for 30 minutes. Frankfurters will be hot and brown where they touch the pot. Keep warm for serving at Setting #2.
