Steamed Cauliflower

A healthy way to cook cauliflower.
Servings
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower
½ cup water
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Rinse cauliflower thoroughly in cold water and remove leaves. Place on metal rack in pot. Add water and salt. Place whole cauliflower on rack.
Cover pot and place on base. Steam at Setting # 5 for 60 to 70 minutes.
