Steam Baked Potatoes
For those that love baked potatoes, but like a softer skin, try these.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
4 to 6 baking potatoes, white or sweet
½ cup water
Scrub potatoes and prick skins. Place in layers in cooking pot. Add water.
Cover and cook at Setting # 5 for 1 ½ to 2 hours or until tender. Reduce heat to Setting # 2 to keep warm for serving.
