Ingredients

3 lbs Pork loin roast, cubed ½ cup cider vinegar ¼ cup brown sugar ½ cup soy sauce 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Cooking Process

Brown the cubed pork on the stovetop. When the meat is browned, transfer to the crockery cooker. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger, garlic, and cornstarch. Pour over the meat. Cook on low for 2 hours. This dish is best served over hot noodles or rice.
