1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1 tablespoons sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Combine all ingredients in small bowl, set aside.
Place beef, chicken or pork in 9x13-inch baking pan.
Pour prepared marinade over meat; cover and place in refrigerator for several hours.
Spoon marinade over meat occasionally. Drain meat thoroughly before grilling.
