1-1/2 cups pretzel pieces, seasoned if you like, or plain
1-1/2 cups goldfish crackers
1 cup peanuts or other nuts (optional but good)
1/3 cup butter
1 teaspoon or so dried Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
In large bowl, mix together popped corn, pretzels, cracker and nuts.
Melt butter, Italian seasoning, garlic and onion powders together.
Pour over popped corn mixture, tossing to coat evenly.
Pour onto sprayed baking sheets.
Bake 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to distribute coating.
Cool and store, covered, at room temperature, up to 2 weeks.
