Ingredients

Ingredients homemade taco seasoning Double or triple recipe if you like. 2 tablespoons dried minced onion 1 tablespoon chili powder 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1-1/2 teaspoons cumin 3/4 to 1 teaspoon paprika 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder, or to taste (optional) Salt to taste - optional - start with 1/4 teaspoon Ingredients taco meat 1 pound lean ground beef, ground turkey or ground chicken 2 tablespoons homemade taco seasoning, or to taste 1/4 cup water

Cooking Process

Place taco meat in an 8” oven proof casserole or pan. Spray pan. Place meat in pan and break up with a fork or potato masher. Add seasoning and water and, using the same utensil, mix well. Place taco meat in pan in air fryer on bottom. Set air fryer to 400 degrees. Cook for 8 minutes total or until meat is cooked thoroughly, stirring after 4 minutes.
