Makes 4 servings.
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
3 green onions, minced
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1½ cups fresh bean sprouts
2 cups hot cooked rice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Heat oil in uncovered in wok at 325°F.
Add next 3 ingredients; stir-fry until onions soften, about 1 minute.
Add bean sprouts; stir-fry until heated through.
Add rice and soy sauce; toss to combine. Heat through. Serve immediately.
