2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon white sugar
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1¼ cups milk
½ cup vegetable oil
Cooking Process
In a large bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix together the egg yolks, milk, and oil. Pour into the flour mixture and stir until large lumps are gone.
In a small bowl beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter.
Pour about ¾ cup of waffle batter into the preheated waffle maker and cook until steam no longer escapes and the waffle is golden brown.
