6 cups Water 1½ cup Heavy Cream ¾ cup Chocolate Syrup** 2 heaping tbsp. Instant Coffee Cinnamon (optional) Whipping Cream (optional) * Whole milk provides the richest froth, but can be substituted with an equal amount of 2%, 1%, skim, or soy milk, if preferred. ** Or substitute with 3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder and ½ cup sugar

Cooking Process

Add ingredients to the Cocoa Grande™, liquids first, and press the button of the setting desired. “HEAT & HI SPEED” is better for mixing drinks that use dry ingredients. Wait for the Cocoa Grande™ to automatically shut off. Press “FROTH & DISPENSE” and dispense the drink into a mug. “FROTH & DISPENSE” stirs up the drink for serving with the maximum amount of froth in your mug.
