Baby Burgers


1½ lb. lean ground beef

½ onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1 clove garlic

salt and pepper to taste

4 slices bacon, cooled and crumbled

dinner rolls


Mix ingredients in a medium sized bowl until well combined. Form burger into small-sized patties.

Grill in contact grill position or 180° flat grill position. Grill patties until internal temperature is at least 140°F.

Serve baby burgers open faced with desired toppings, or enjoy as a side dish.
