High Energy Cross Country Trail Mix

Ingredients
2 cups popped corn
1 cup nuts
1/4 cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
1 cup dried fruit
1/2 cup banana chips
1/2 cup chocolate, peanut butter or butterscotch chips or carob chips (op-tional but good)
Directions
Mix everything together.
Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 2 weeks.
Makes about 6 cups.
