Ingredients

6 cups Milk* Ā¾ cup Half-and-half Ā½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder** 2 tbsp. Sugar** Whipping Cream (optional) Chocolate Powder or Chocolate Shavings (optional) * Whole milk provides the richest froth, but can be substituted with an equal amount of 2%, 1%, skim, or soy milk, if preferred. ** Or substitute with 1 cup of chocolate syrup

Cooking Process

Add ingredients to the Cocoa Grandeā„¢, liquids first, and press the button of the setting desired. ā€œHEAT & HI SPEEDā€ is better for mixing drinks that use dry ingredients. Wait for the Cocoa Grandeā„¢ to automatically shut off. Press ā€œFROTH & DISPENSEā€ and dispense the drink into a mug. ā€œFROTH & DISPENSEā€ stirs up the drink for serving with the maximum amount of froth in your mug. Be creative! This drink can be be changed with flavored syrups or garnished with cinnamon, nutmeg, chocolate shavings or syrup, to taste.
