Why won't my Smoothie Maker turn on?
This appliance has two safety features that must be locked correctly in place before it will turn on. There is one lock in the lid of the container and another lock in the motor base. Begin with the small tab on the lid just to the left of the handle on the container and turn clockwise until the tab clicks in place over the handle. Set the container on the motor base with the dispensing valve to the right of the center, and turn clockwise until the valve lines up with the gray bar in the center. Both locks should now be engaged.
