Ingredients

4Ā½ cups Milk* 1Ā½ cup Half-and-half Ā½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Ā½ cup Brown Sugar 1Ā½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon Ā¾ tsp. Ground Nutmeg Ā¾ tsp. Ground Cloves * Whole milk provides the richest froth, but can be substituted with an equal amount of 2%, 1%, skim, or soy milk, if preferred.

Cooking Process

Add ingredients to the Cocoa Grandeā„¢, liquids first, and press the button of the setting desired. ā€œHEAT & HI SPEEDā€ is better for mixing drinks that use dry ingredients. Wait for the Cocoa Grandeā„¢ to automatically shut off. Press ā€œFROTH & DISPENSEā€ and dispense the drink into a mug. ā€œFROTH & DISPENSEā€ stirs up the drink for serving with the maximum amount of froth in your mug.
