- 3 tablespoons hot bean paste
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 onions, peeled, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 pound tofu, cut in ½ inch cubes
- Mix first 3 ingredients; set aside.
- Heat oil in uncovered wok at 350.
- Add salt and onions; stir-fry 2 minutes.
- Add tofu; gently stir-fry 1 minute.
- Add bean paste mixture; stir-fry to coat. Serve immediately.
