Gluten-free Pressure Cooker Breakfast Cereal

  • 2 cups Sweet brown rice
  • 1 cup Quinoa, black or red
  • 5½ cups Water
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  1. Securely close lid to locked position, set pressure limiting valve to “Airtight”. Follow basic directions for pressure cooking, and cook at high pressure for 12 minutes.
  2. Flavor or sweeten as desired for serving. Serve with fresh fruits, cream, or sweeteners like agave or flavored oils.
