Joel’s Blue Cheese Bacon Popcorn
- 4 slices bacon
- ⅓ cup corn
- 1 tbsp. reserved bacon grease
- ⅓ cup crumbled blue cheese
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Fry bacon until crisp; cool and crumble.
- Using 1 tbsp. of the reserved bacon grease, pop your corn in the popper.
- When finished popping and while still warm, add the crumbled blue cheese, bacon and generously sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper.
