A healthy way to cook cauliflower.
- 1 large head cauliflower
- ½ cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Rinse cauliflower thoroughly in cold water and remove leaves. Place on metal rack in pot. Add water and salt. Place whole cauliflower on rack.
- Cover pot and place on base. Steam at Setting # 5 for 60 to 70 minutes.
- Makes 6 to 80 servings.
