Spicy Noodles and Ham
- 1½ quarts water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 pound Chinese egg noodles
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1½ tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onion
- ½ chicken stock
- 1 cup shredded cooked ham
- Bring water and salt to boil in wok at 250. Add noodles; boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Drain; rinse under cold running water to stop cooking. Drain; pour into bowl; stir in sesame oil. Mix next 6 ingredients; pour over noodles; toss to combine. Add ham; toss. Serve cold or at room temperature.
