Meat Balls (for 2)
- ½ lb ground meat
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup bread or cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 teaspoon bouillon granules
- Salt, pepper or other spices as desired
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Combine all ingredients except oil and shape into six meatballs.
- Brown meatballs in a small amount of oil.
- Add ½ cup liquid and pressure cook for 3 minutes.
- Cool pan immediately.
