Meat Balls (for 2)

  • ½ lb ground meat
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup bread or cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon bouillon granules
  • Salt, pepper or other spices as desired
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  1. Combine all ingredients except oil and shape into six meatballs.
  2. Brown meatballs in a small amount of oil.
  3. Add ½ cup liquid and pressure cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Cool pan immediately.
