Flavored Rice

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 green onions, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1½ cups fresh bean sprouts
  • 2 cups hot cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  1. Heat oil in uncovered in wok at 325.
  2. Add next 3 ingredients; stir-fry until onions soften, about 1 minute.
  3. Add bean sprouts; stir-fry until heated through.
  4. Add rice and soy sauce; toss to combine. Heat through. Serve immediately.
    Makes 4 servings.
