Herb Marinade

  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Combine all ingredients in small bowl, set aside.
  • Place beef, chicken or pork in 9x13-inch baking pan. Pour prepared marinade over meat; cover and place in refrigerator for several hours. Spoon marinade over meat occasionally.Drain meat thoroughly before grilling.
    • Makes approximately 1 cup.
