Cocktail Sauce
- 46 ounces tomato juice
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon horse radish
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped carrot
- 2 cans small shrimp
- ½ cup ice (optional)
- Pour liquid ingredients into the blending jar.
- Add all frozen ingredients
- Blend at “PULSE” setting for 30 seconds; then blend at “LOW” setting until smooth. While the machine is running, move the Stir Stick around counterclockwise to aid mixing. Serve immediately.
