Pumpkin Waffles
- 2 1/3 cups Boxed Baking Mix
- 1 ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup Canned Pumpkin
- ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Eggs1. Heat waffle maker, grease with vegetable oil or 100% oil non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, beat all ingredients with a whisk or hand mixer until thoroughly mixed.
4. Pour about ½ cup of waffle batter into the preheated waffle maker and cook until steam no longer escapes and the waffle is golden brown.
