Pancake Batter

    1 ¼ cup water
    1 cup whole wheat kernels
    ¼ non-fat dry milk
    1 egg
    2 tablespoon oil
    1 tablespoon sugar or honey
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon baking powder

  1. In smoothie maker, mix water, wheat kernels, & dry milk.
  2. Blend on smooth for three minutes.
  3. Add egg, sugar, and salt. Smooth for 20 seconds.
  4. Add baking powder. Pulse three times. Cook immediately on a hot griddle.
