Pancake Batter
- 1 ¼ cup water
- 1 cup whole wheat kernels
- ¼ non-fat dry milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- In smoothie maker, mix water, wheat kernels, & dry milk.
- Blend on smooth for three minutes.
- Add egg, sugar, and salt. Smooth for 20 seconds.
- Add baking powder. Pulse three times. Cook immediately on a hot griddle.
