Cocoa~Latte Hot Buttered Rum

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 ounces rum
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • dash of nutmeg
  • dash of cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 lemon slices
  • vanilla ice cream (optional)
  1. Add ingredients to the Cocoa Latte and press the “ON” switch. Wait for the Cocoa~Latte to automatically shut off.
  2. Place 1 lemon slice, 1½ ounces of rum and one scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional) in 2 mugs. Press the "Froth/Dispense" button then dispense the drink into the mugs, over the lemon slice, liquor, and ice cream.
  3. Garnish with one cinnamon stick.
