Cocoa~Latte Hot Buttered Rum
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 ounces rum
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 lemon slices
- vanilla ice cream (optional)
- Add ingredients to the Cocoa Latte and press the “ON” switch. Wait for the Cocoa~Latte to automatically shut off.
- Place 1 lemon slice, 1½ ounces of rum and one scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional) in 2 mugs. Press the "Froth/Dispense" button then dispense the drink into the mugs, over the lemon slice, liquor, and ice cream.
- Garnish with one cinnamon stick.
