Cran-Raspberry Relaxer Smoothie

  • ½ cup cran-raspberry juice
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberry sherbet
  • 2 cups ice
  • *add ½ cup carrot juice for extra magnesium
  1. Pour liquid ingredients into the blending jar.
  2. Add all frozen ingredients
  3. Blend at “PULSE” setting for 30 seconds; then blend at “LOW” setting until smooth. While the machine is running, move the Stir Stick around counterclockwise to aid mixing. Serve immediately.
