Breakfast Replacement Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 2 cups orange juice
- ½ cup whole grain breakfast cereal, non-flake types work best
- ½ cup, any flavor, low-fat yogurt
- 1½ cup ice
- Pour liquid ingredients into the blending jar.
- Add all frozen ingredients
- Blend at “PULSE” setting for 30 seconds; then blend at “LOW” setting until smooth. While the machine is running, move the Stir Stick around counterclockwise to aid mixing. Serve immediately.
