Easter Ham

  • 2 pounds fully cooked boneless ham, cut into eight slices
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1½ teaspoons white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground mustard
  1. Place ham slices in the West Bend® Electronic Versatility Cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar, and mustard; pour over ham.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours or until heated through.
