Steamed Franks
An all American favorite.
- 1 pound frankfurters
- Place 6 frankfurters crosswise in bottom of pot. Lay remaining frankfurters on top lengthwise or in opposite direction. Do not add water.
- Cover and place pot on base. Steam at Setting #3 1/2 for 30 minutes. Frankfurters will be hot and brown where they touch the pot. Keep warm for serving at Setting #2.
- Makes 10 servings.
