Basic Vanilla Ice Cream (uncooked)

For use in 1.5 Qt. Ice Cream Makers.

  • 1 cup Whole milk, well chilled
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • ⅔ cup Half & Half
  • ⅓ cup Whipping cream
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla extract (or to taste)
  1. Whisk together milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Stir in Half & Half, whipping cream, and vanilla.
  3. Pour into the freezer canister and freeze as directed.
