Cocoa~Latte Café de Belgique

  • 2½ cups water
  • 2½ heaping teaspoons instant coffee
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup whole milk*
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • * Whole milk provides the richest froth, but can be substituted with an equal amount of 2%, 1%, skim, or soy milk, if preferred.
  1. Add ingredients to the Cocoa Latte and press the “ON” switch. Wait for the Cocoa~Latte to automatically shut off.
  2. Press the "Froth/Dispense" button then dispense the drink into a mug.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
