Lemon Butter

Use this wonderfully refreshing light butter sauce to top fish, pork, seafood, or vegetables while cooking or grilling.

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  1. Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
  3. Use to baste fish, seafood, meats or vegetables during grilling.
