Baby Burgers
- 1½ lb. lean ground beef
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices bacon, cooled and crumbled
- dinner rolls
- Mix ingredients in a medium sized bowl until well combined. Form burger into small-sized patties. Grill in contact grill position or 180° flat grill position. Grill patties until internal temperature is at least 140°F.Serve baby burgers open faced with desired toppings, or enjoy as a side dish.
