Stollen Bread, 1 lb.
This is the easy way to make stollen bread for the holidays or any time of the year. After baking, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with a powdered sugar icing before slicing.
- 5 fl ounces (⅔ cup) water, 80°F
- 1½ tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
