Breakfast Replacement Smoothie

    1 banana
    2 cups orange juice
    ½ cup whole grain breakfast cereal, non-flake types work best
    ½ cup, any flavor, low-fat yogurt
    1½ cup ice

  1. Pour liquid ingredients into the blending jar.
  2. Add all frozen ingredients.
  3. Blend at “PULSE” setting for 30 seconds; then blend at “LOW” setting until smooth. While the machine is running, move the Stir Stick around counterclockwise to aid mixing. Serve immediately.
